Step One:
- 1/2 cup melted butter;
- 1/4 cup sugar;
- 1 egg beaten;
- 1 cup fine coconut;
- 5 tbsp. cocoa;
- 1 tbsp. vanilla;
- 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts;
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
Press fimly in 9 X 9 pan and chill 1 - 2 hours
Step Two:
- 2 cups powdered sugar;
- 1/4 cup whipping cream (not whipped);
- 1/4 cup melted butter;
- 2 tbsp. custard powder / instant pudding
Spread over Part One and chill
Step Three:
- 4 squares semi sweet chocolate;
- 1 tbsp. butter
Melt and spread over top of Part Two. Chill and cut into squares. Cut before chocolate hardens completely or it will crack. Store in freezer. Courtesy Arianne Lesh.
